呢間新記冰室好似係最近新開,見到佢係旺店梗係需要支持下啦。慣咗每次試新餐廳都會睇吓其他人嘅推介,呢間個個都推介芝士煎蛋豬頸肉撈丁,咁就梗係一於要試吓啦。個撈丁上邊嗰層芝士非常之多,完全遮住晒下便嘅食物,用料絕對唔會孤寒,雞蛋應該係採用湖北蛋,所以蛋黃嘅顏色比較鮮橙。而豬頸肉就係用滷水嘅方法烹調,呢個食法都係第一次見,但估唔到出嚟嘅效果都幾好。另外仲叫咗個芝心丸,資深院上邊重鋪咗芝士醬同埋芝士粉,簡直就係三重芝士大合集。而且價錢好平好抵食。中秋節仲有自家製月餅🥮
