To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一開始我對呢間餐廳嘅出品都幾期待,話曬米芝蓮3星。去到後面發覺我期待太高,食物未去到令我印象十分深刻又驚艷嘅感覺。話雖如此,但係呢間餐廳係十分優秀的!呢間餐廳最大嘅特色就係食材十分優質,食得出餐廳對出品嘅執著。其中令我印象最深刻嘅就係佢嘅蝦餃。皮包煙韌就不在話下,最終點係佢隻蝦,要落好似食緊新鮮白烚嘅蝦咁爽口彈牙,同平時食開一壓就散嘅蝦餃入面嘅蝦完全唔同。真係只有新鮮蝦先可以做到呢個效果!仲有一個雜菌黑松露餃,雖然有黑松露嘅香氣,但係雜菌嘅香氣完全唔會被搶走,菌香依然非常濃郁,係口入眠久久不散。另外重要提佢嘅豆豉醬。我都係第一次食香味咁濃郁嘅豆豉,但係佢又唔似平時係街買都嘅豆豉咁,香氣係屬於比較厚重。佢嘅豆豉香氣係相對輕盈嘅,食多多都唔厭。但係我覺得呢隻豆豉醬唔好下下都攞嚟點,有啲食物唔係好夾佢呢隻豆豉醬。總體嚟講,雖然未去到好驚艷,但係勝在基本功紮實,用料亦都十分新鮮。係香港想食到新鮮食材做嘅菜式其實都唔簡單,所以因為咁佢啲點心先值呢個價錢,如果你追求食材新鮮嘅話就一定要嚟食呢間餐廳
