開係銅鑼灣既餐廳都有一定質素,係附近行開街見到呢間「superdon」,見餐單d丼既刺身好似好正,而且又和牛牛扒就同男友入左去食晚餐啦。特上北海道海鮮丼($268):呢個特上真係好豐富,有吞拿魚大拖羅、油甘魚、帆立貝、海膽及三文魚籽。各類刺身鋪滿丼上。大拖羅油脂甘香入口爽口。油脂平均分布於魚肉上,正!海膽分量都幾多下,而且好新鮮,味道甘甜,口感細滑且入口即溶。三文魚籽大粒又新鮮,食落「爆汁」。而帆立貝既擺位值得一讚,用檸檬片相隔,增加帆立貝既鮮味。不過珍珠米飯就相對硬和乾身了少許,改善一下就更配搭了。✨推薦✨北海道玉子黑松露和牛丼($268):和牛牛扒分量足,煎到7成熟,肉質柔軟,和牛香濃既牛脂入口後慢慢溶於口腔中,真係好正!再配上玉子及混合的黑松露,更能增加和牛的香氣。二百幾蚊嘆到呢個級數既牛扒真係好值得!!日式餃子($38):日式餃子味道唔錯,不過個底可以再煎香少少就更好。雜錦天婦羅($138):有蝦、竹筴魚、冬菇、秋葵、茄子、南瓜和蕃薯。分量唔算多,整體蛋味濃厚,蛋漿唔會過厚。茄子、蕃薯和南瓜切片都算薄,幾好味。竹筴魚其實幾好味,不過蛋味有點遮蓋了竹筴魚的鮮味,有點可惜。Supe

Superdon用料真係幾新鮮同大份,好有良心!而且價錢既唔算貴。特別係和牛丼真係值得推薦!!服務態度都幾好。唔錯!
