Again ! 係,又係講帝豪嘅食物,但今次唔係講點心,而係俾多啲早茶、午餐等嘅資料大家參巧參巧,大家住元朗嘅朋友,多啲同屋企人去呢度飲茶食飯,趁佢地依家食物質素仲係好高嘅時間食多幾次,大家記住廚房工作人員經常轉工,唔同班底出品可以差天共地!所以有花堪折直須折呀!朋友。準備左以下嘅嘅點心紙,俾大家研究研究。記住早市同午市點心紙都有一句:所有食品均由本酒家自行生產製作,絶無物流供應,多謝享用。喺現今乜都講節省成本嘅社會非常難得!今日自己一個嚟食,冇叫點心,只係左碟涼瓜班腩飯食。涼瓜班腩飯 HK48賣相唔錯,先試個汁先,豆豉汁造得不俗,有鮮味,用二或者三湯勾芡。涼瓜爽口,出水啱啱好,唔會太苦或者因為淥得太耐而焾左。望下啲魚,真係班塊喎,炸得好挺身,夾開睇下,雪白鮮嫩。我肯定佢唔係雪到硬哂嘅Frozen 貨,而係街市賣嘅新鮮chill 貨!食落再次引証我講得啱,好甜,我估甚至可能係海魚而唔係養班。最後講下個飯,唔知咩米,有飯味,但好嚡口,一啲都唔滑,不過米質素普通已經係好多食肆嘅毛病。總結: 呢篇已經係我第三篇食評寫佢,我諗寫到第四篇我會停一停,唔想俾人話我係寫狗。(不過我啲垃圾文筆又點會係
