跟朋友去了一問旺角私房菜,極驚喜,價格相對其他私房菜比較大眾化,當然貴價的也有,貴價的需要預定。姬松茸燉湯湯呈金黃色,湯清味鮮,姬松茸菇的香氣濃郁,湯裡還有排骨和細節螺頭,用料講究。鳳梨脆皮咕嚕肉賣相擺盤巧究,用新鮮鳳梨切粒,咕嚕肉大小均勻,皮脆。咕嚕肉掛住的酸甜鳳梨汁剛剛好,而且酸甜汁不會嗆喉,還有新鮮鳳梨的香甜味,超好吃推介。勝瓜浸魚肚看似很簡單的餸菜,才是好廚師的真正功夫。魚肚切成麻雀差不多的size, 而且厚身勝瓜碧綠碧綠的,入口爽滑,最食得讚的是湯底,魚湯熬了很久非常濃郁,魚肚和絲瓜吸收了很多魚湯汁後,份外鮮甜。試完這餐後,馬上訂了中秋節晚飯😋
