跟媽媽在親戚家拜完年,再在中環行下行下,遇見‘一起食堂’,誤打誤撞下發現了驚喜。驚喜在於原條蒲燒鰻魚飯,整整一條鰻魚放在你眼前,長過手掌,而且鰻魚的質感厚實,只食鰻魚不吃飯,也夠填滿我的肚子。飯是採用日本珍珠米,粒粒飽滿,加上半熟溫泉蛋及鰻魚汁,送飯一流。媽媽叫了稻庭烏龍麵,烏龍麵幼幼彈牙,海鮮好豐富,有蝦,青口,生蠔,墨魚丸,每樣都好新鮮美味,墨魚丸仲好鬼彈牙。湯底是淡淡的海鮮湯,也不會蓋過原本海鮮的鮮。小食有肉燥燙青菜及米紙蝦春卷,青菜是油麥菜,春卷炸得脆脆,皮薄好美味。最後甜品,芋圓燒仙草,芋圓地瓜圓彈牙滑滑,大大粒,仙草不會好甜,可止渴下火,吃完可一解思念台灣美食的感覺。飲品叫了一杯桂花雪梨茶,雖是現成沖製飲品,卻清潤香甜。總結,意外地找了一間日台小店,跟媽媽吃一噸豐富的晚餐。
