To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳2:30之後做緊9折同埋特飲半價，好耐都冇食台灣嘢，今日去咗觀塘，咁就去食吓101嘅台灣嘢先，去到舖頭呢都幾特別既，由後生仔做主打既感覺咁作為後生仔嘅我梗係要支持下佢哋-香蔥紫菜魯肉飯 $60本身滷肉飯都好好食好惹味，依家加咗香蔥同埋紫菜之後就更加香濃，但相對地都比較咸小小，如果咸味小d就更加正豆，魯肉飯嘅豬肉部份都滷得比較松軟，汁都好送飯-薑蓉魯肉飯 $58薑蓉魯肉飯就相對比較覺得似係同港色結合，食落個口感都幾特別嘅，感覺好似食緊叉雞飯配滷肉飯，不過都正，飯既部分一樣大大碗吾怕你吾飽，飽到反肚-熔岩蛋之戀(拉絲芝士火腿蛋餅) $60非常之鍾意食蛋餅，基本上所有蛋餅都鍾意食，今次呢間舖頭嘅拉絲芝士火腿蛋餅非常出位，個重點係真係●拉芝● 仲要越拉越高，完全無偷工減料，熱辣辣非常之好食，呢一個絕對係呢間舖既首選-台北夜市小食拼盤 $36(台灣腸,花枝丸,鹽酥雞)呢個小食拼盤百花齊放，有齊哂大家都鍾意食嘅台灣腸，花枝丸，鹽酥雞，每一樣都炸得好脆好香口，簡單既小前菜-特製牛肉(肥牛) $25想食牛肉所以就叫咗特製牛肉，味道偏向台灣滷水肥牛肉，所以有小小咸。不過送飯就好開胃-雙檸冬瓜茶 $2
