To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間係觀塘都幾有名氣嘅小店,今次食完之後感覺到佢哋係好有心製作食物,食物質素都好好。而且價錢合理,仲有下午2:30後追蹤佢地社交平台會享有九折優惠。想食台灣嘢嘅朋友可以去試吓!芒果滷肉飯招牌嘅芒果滷肉飯,見到好多枱都有叫。第一次食呢個配搭嘅滷肉飯,估唔到芒果都好夾滷肉!芒果嘅鮮甜令到滷肉飯冇咁漏。滷肉汁滲晒入白飯,味道好濃郁!辣椒大蔥排骨粉絲份量超足嘅排骨!份量多到要兩個人分先食得晒啲肉!排骨外皮香脆,入邊嘅肉醃得好入味,食到有酒香嘅味道,肉質好鬆軟。而粉絲都有汁拌好,所以味道都幾香濃。台北夜市小食拼盤(台灣腸 花枝丸 鹽酥雞粒)小食拼盤有齊三樣我鍾意食嘅嘢!熱辣辣炸起,再灑上椒鹽,好咸香。特別提一提鹽酥雞粒係炸得鬆化,外皮脆內裏軟!花雕雞翼雞翼都幾大隻。花雕酒味好濃,滲晒入啲雞肉入面!鍾意酒味濃嘅朋友,可以試下!鮮果斑蘭河粉(半份)河粉嘅斑蘭味好濃,q彈q彈!配上甜甜既士多啤梨同芒果,好快清晒嚕!全手作芋頭鮮奶芋泥好足料,芋泥蓉好軟綿!三Q奶茶 (奶豆腐,珍珠,芋圓)奶茶底偏重奶味,入面三種配料,一路飲一路咬,正!奶豆腐呢個配料出邊未食過,細細粒,好好食!
