To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久不久就會到九如方吃晚飯,早前發現有一間粵菜餐廳開張,於是約了兩位好朋友,一行三人試一試。餐廳的牆身、枱布和餐具都是白色,感覺舒服清新;配以一水晶大吊燈和數盞小水晶燈,光線柔和,整體格調典雅。侍應服務良好,態度親切,細心介紹餐牌上的菜式。我們先點了香草蝦餅及黑豆腐皮卷作前菜。聽了菜式介紹後,我們點了餐廳招牌菜「十八味雞」及誠意推介的「香菇羊肚菌腐皮」,還有我們很想吃的蒸肉餅。香草蝦餅 - 口感豐富,蝦味適中十八味雞 - 雞肉嫩滑;初時覺得與鼓油雞沒甚分別,但再吃就能吃到其他層次的味道香菇羊肚菌腐皮 - 腐皮外形似一小磚一小磚的豆腐,但內裡是一層又一層的腐皮,口感嫩滑,豆味香濃蒸肉餅 - 真材實料,沒有一口都是肥豬肉的感覺,配以白飯享用,簡直一流除了白飯,我們還點了白粥。白粥內腐皮及白果,很棉,有陣陣豆香,必吃﹗甜品,當然少不了。我們點了杏仁茶及杞子雪糕,本來想點龍眼雪糕,但原來已經過了龍眼當造的時候,要等下年的7、8月才可以試。杏仁茶 - 味道香濃,甜度適中杞子雪糕 - 奶味香濃,與杞子配合起來感受清新,令人想一試再試驗期待其他自家製的創新雪糕
