每一道菜都是用心去烹調,令人一試難忘。前菜特製黑松露炙燒平目魚邊沙律,平目魚入口即溶,配上風之森娟光sake,簡直絕配。雪場蟹一味幾食,首先燒好既蟹腳配上蟹膏,一同進食,另一番之味。單食蟹腳,啖啖蟹既鮮味,無可置疑。刺身盛合,將最新鮮海產一一放在眼前,當中每一件刺身,都是厚厚的,絕沒有半點孤寒。再來一個梅酒whisky,入口淡淡梅酒香氣,會想追著喝,再加上波冰,增添美感。其後更點了一些滨燒,如海老,鮑魚,凡立貝,香煎蒜片牛舌。甜品更有柚子雪芭,令整個晚餐劃上完美句號。
