香港人好鍾意飲茶食點心,我當然例外,今天和同事行過天樂里見到一哥點故,好似是吃點心的,啱啱又到lunch time, 一於入去試下先蒜香蝦春卷$28~外面炸得金黃鬆脆,裏面是釀了紅蘿蔔碎,木耳絲碎,椰菜和蒜蓉的蝦膠,蒜味嘅濃郁又爽口,好美味!龍蝦湯鮮竹卷$32~煙韌的豆皮包住豬肉,冬茹,木耳絲等餡料,索滿鮮甜的龍蝦湯頗美味!春風得意腸$35~薄薄的腸粉皮包着一層脆脆和鮮甜的帶子,加上卜卜脆的蟹籽,口感非常豐富黑松露蝦餃$32~蝦肉新鲜彈牙,加上黑松露就更為香口千島醬脆皮蘿蔔糕$32~炸得金黃脆口的外皮包住蒸蘿蔔糕,配上千島沙律醬和木魚絲更加惹味可口懷舊燒賣皇$26~大大粒的豬肉燒賣,大件夾抵食!人蔘花膠灌湯餃$36~灌湯餃的餡料有蝦肉,瘦肉,魚肚(花膠),木耳絲, 材料非常豐富,配上濃濃的花旗參湯,好清甜滋味!
