之前已經係我個人IG介紹過,但呢到真係要大力支持一下,係香港地要有有心有要求既廚師其實好難見,懂得聆聽客人已經再交流一番的確難見。首選推介一定係雞亦,我每次瀨都會食幾串,皮脆內軟,非常juicy。呢到另一個重點就係海鮮,海鮮係老闆每日親自係魚市場揀貨再親自運返來,勞心勞力。雖然店子小小環境就唔係太好,但希望大家來呢到係欣賞食物而唔係因為環境而食。大家看圖片見到既鮑魚係醉鮑魚,8頭南非鮑,係非常好食但暫未推出市面,希望大家耐心等待。而炒蟹卻是隱密食品,要有緣分先有機會食到的。
