第一次踏入尚膳坊,安排叫了幾味小菜。冰鎮咕嚕肉,蒸魚,賽旁海鮮,避風塘田雞.....仲有三,四款小菜。冰鎮咕嚕肉,試過很多外面菜館,咪就係一堆冰包圍一堆肉,好多時D肉硬掘掘,一係好多炸粉。但試完尚膳坊,令我秒呆!第一口咬下去,外凍內暖,外脆內軟,沒有一口粉,也沒有鬆肉粉味道,真的有豬肉味。再來條蒸魚,好普通的一味菜。用匙羹一拆。剛剛熟,還有小小肉黏著D骨,口感好滑,條魚好明顯做完spa才蒸!避風塘田雞: 田雞我食得多,但我印象中好多酒樓都用好多薑蔥同調味料去掩蓋田雞本身的河味,吃不到田雞的鮮甜味。今次看見這碟避風塘田雞,以為只會吃到炸蒜和辣味,同埋這樣煮法,D田雞應該乾爭爭....食完一件,便沒法 制止自己個口和對手,不停不停食吃到好滑而又鮮甜的田雞腿。令我喜出望外!我本人十分欣賞大廚對烹調的熱誠和執著,沒有將貨就價!
