呢間餐廳環境好靚,前身係中環三小漁,中環商業大廈林立,入面the L place原來好多餐廳,其中一間就係呢間隱蔽私房菜,呢度牆上面有特別既魚形掛飾,仲有掛畫好中國風,環境光鮮亮麗,好岩慶祝傾生意既餐廳,呢度每枱都有獨立既立體模型擺設好特別。我地叫左一碟安格斯牛柳粒配新鮮菠蘿同蘋果粒,安格斯牛柳肉味濃郁,油脂分布平均,粒粒精緻,口感加埋醬同生果酸甜醋醬汁好惹味。前菜:竹炭黑金脆豆腐配百香冰心丹霞,豆腐嫩滑清新外脆內軟,百香果配蕃茄酸甜開胃,蕃茄粒仲要去埋皮廚師好用心。鮮麻椒油泡聖子:聖子做法呢度有7種甘多,我地揀左麻椒油泡,少少麻辣口感又香口,聖子炒完香口彈牙又惹味。十年陳皮魚茸羹:呢個用左十年陳皮絲加入左魚肉嫩滑口感又香陳皮味。竹絲烏雞湯:烏雞湯清甜好飲,養顏又足料。焦糖燉蛋配桃膠,唔會太甜,燉蛋軟熟。桂糖香芒爆珠涼粉:爆珠入面放入薏米粒好有咬口而爆珠外形好似珍珠甘閃亮,芒果酸甜涼粉滑溜。
