今日經過太子呢間新開既串燒店,見到環境企理乾淨,而且係少見既日式串燒,決定買外賣返屋企試下。呢到既串燒全部都係即叫即燒,可能要等耐少少。不過好彩門口有櫈仔比你坐,亦都可以選擇坐係到食。✨紫蘇無骨雞翼一開頭以為係用紫蘇葉調味,但估唔到原來係雞翼啲肉包住左塊紫蘇葉。不嬲都唔太中意紫蘇葉陣味,但呢個真係好正!雞翼既脂肪含量比較高,加左紫蘇葉之後,除左增添風味之外,仲冇咁膩。而且食雞翼唔洗lur骨真係好正!✨雞心串好少地方有燒雞心,見到就即刻叫左!雞心唔會有血味,燒得出面帶少少微脆,入口爽嫩多汁,唔會過熟難咬,點附送既辣椒粉黎更惹味。✨焦糖菠蘿估唔到份量咁多!菠蘿夠甜,燒過之後啲汁濃縮左,一咬落口就爆哂出黎。而菠蘿外層加左少少糖,食落去有烤焦效果,令味道更突出。✨豬頸肉串同平時一舊舊既豬頸肉串燒唔同,呢到既豬頸肉切到比較薄,反而燒到成串都好脆,加埋豬油既香同外層醬汁既甜,變左好似食緊新燒出爐既叉燒咁,幾新鮮。✨雞皮串&雞軟骨串雞皮串同雞軟骨串燒到脆卜卜,燒過之後大部分雞油已經被迫出,唔會食落成口油咁,好似食幾多串都唔夠喉咁,最啱送酒!✨蒜香牛油雜菌咁啱冇唒雜菌轉左金菇,但一樣無損佢既美味。牛油

✨雞皮串&雞軟骨串
雞皮串同雞軟骨串燒到脆卜卜,燒過之後大部分雞油已經被迫出,唔會食落成口油咁,好似食幾多串都唔夠喉咁,最啱送酒!

✨蒜香牛油雜菌
咁啱冇唒雜菌轉左金菇,但一樣無損佢既美味。牛油落得夠多,可以帶出菇嘅鮮味。而蒜蓉入面都加左其他香料,所以味道超香,非常惹味。
