原來一風堂進駐香港已經10周年,為咗慶祝10周年,特別同安記海味聯乘合作,推出左一個Siphon(虹吸)十全高湯拉麵,加入安記海味製作,仲破格用沖咖啡嘅虹吸方式製作湯底,整個過程喺客人面前進行,就好似客人都有份參與製作一樣,好特別嘅體驗👍🏻高湯吸收晒食材嘅精華,當中包括安記元貝及金華火腿、日本鰹魚片、鯖魚片、沙丁魚片同昆布等,所以鮮味十足,加熱蒸餾過嘅高湯好濃郁,顏色望落去仲好清,旁邊仲有安記元貝同金華火腿,配合埋日式拉麵簡直係中日合璧配料有慢煮豬柳叉燒同慢煮雞叉燒,慢煮可以keep到肉質嫩滑,唔會煮過火,而且仲可以保留肉汁,無論係豬柳叉燒定係雞叉燒都好食,配合埋鹽味半熟蛋簡直係完美嘅配搭唔好睇小旁邊一小塊嘅檸檬,加咗檸檬汁落去成碗湯底嘅味道昇華左,多咗一份清新,反而仲更提鮮,大家不妨試吓加前加後嘅分別😋
