幾款生蠔之中Gillardeau當然係最為出眾!一啖入口, 鮮味完全佔據整個口腔, 蠔身柔滑如絲, 十分creamy, 細味蠔肉帶點礦物味, 加上微微海水味, 食落很有層次。
威爾斯羊仔架$168
一份有四支骨, 肉厚多汁, 切落肉質紮實但又唔會太韌, 可見熟成程度剛剛好, 食落羊騷味不重, 怕騷嘅朋友都啱食。點埋薄荷啫喱食就最夾啦。
