每次去到上水堅信號都大排長龍,今次見冇咩人排隊,就即管入去試下好唔好食。不得不說,個生煎包真係幾好食,皮算薄,一咬入口仍然有好多湯汁,好似食緊一個巨大化既小籠包咁,就算一個人食兩個都唔會厭。今次叫左糖醋脆黃魚菜飯,正如圖所見,糖醋汁與脆黃魚完全分開,可能係為左避免脆黃魚變林,但缺點係完全唔入味,脆黃魚雖然炸得酥脆,但食落去有種腥味同泥味,感覺好唔舒服,糖醋汁過份甜,好似食緊糖漿咁。另外,我地仲叫左秘製豬扒擔擔麵,個秘製豬扒,我會形容為蜜汁叉燒咁,非常林身,已經完全唔似豬扒的質感,但同擔擔麵唔係太夾。至於擔擔麵亦虛有其表,望落去好似好濃郁咁,但食落去香味不足,花生味不濃,唔講都唔知自己食緊擔擔麵,以為食緊普通湯麵,令人失望。總結來說,下次去堅信號,我只會叫生煎包,唔會再試其他餸菜。

總結來說,下次去堅信號,我只會叫生煎包,唔會再試其他餸菜。
