  • Members wishing to use Card Linked Earn must link eligible Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards to their membership account.
  • Asia Miles can be earned on eligible transactions of up to HKD10,000.
  • Cathay members may earn Asia Miles with Card Linked Earn by paying for eligible purchases with Linked Payment Cards through Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. 本人和女兒兒子兩星期前在此餐廳用餐,我們落單後我和女兒出去攞醬汁,期間一位侍應向我仔查詢是否有點到一個海鮮拼盤,我兒子那刻以為我或者女兒在手機下單,所以回覆有落單。但當我返回座位後,兒子再向我查詢此事,我就回覆我哋冇叫過。而我亦都即時和侍應講我哋冇落過海鮮拼盤。侍應回覆是因為和我們確認,所以不能取消。我再次提出我們是沒有下單的,之後經理再過嚟說因為我們已經確實咗有下單,所以不能取消。我反問點解你哋會專登過嚟和我確認那一個海鮮拼盤?那位當值經理稱因為在手機上那一個海鮮拼盤的制的經常比客人錯誤下單,所以再和我們確認一次。因為我兒子確認了有下單,所以不能取消。但我反映因為我們確實沒有下單,而我的兒子在我們不在場之下亦不知情之下回覆是有落單,當我得知時已經即時向你們反映,加上海鮮拼盤是不用煮,只是在雪櫃內取出放在碟上,所以不理解為什麼不能取消。那位經理亦堅稱我們不能取消。而我為了出嚟食餐飯唔想勞氣,所以就同佢講如果你堅持我哋唔可以取消咁就落單吧。當然我覺得不合理,大前提菜式不用烹調而且亦未上枱,為什麼不能取消呢?本人也是食肆的老闆,如發生在我餐廳內絕對不會堅持己見令客人難堪和強詞奪理之下一定要

今次又上了一課,令我更加覺得做服務行業要顧全大局。如果堅持己見只會令客人即消費者難堪和有強迫性消費。當然今次亦是我最後一次光顧呢間集團的食肆。
