是日放工與朋友到灣仔飯聚,朋友想吃得清淡一點,上網找到一間越南餐廳,標榜北越茶,原來有越南菜有南北之分:北越菜味道較為清淡,吃食材原味同鮮味,正合我意。店面不大的約有十幾個座位,灰白木紋簡約裝潢配掛上幾部電結他,樸實中顯個性。香草野菜燒牛肉沙律$88先來開胃頭盆:熱辣辣燒牛柳片圍繞冷冷的沙律菜上,撒上酸酸甜甜的醬汁,配搭得宜。牛柳份量不少,肉質嫩滑野味,野菜鮮甜脆口。香辣香葉炒藍貝$168採用嫩滑細隻的藍貝,比起大隻的青口更吸引,正宗北越用材煮法,香味的九層塔和香茅、辣椒,加入魚露炒得入味,平平淡淡的藍貝惹味起來。香茅魚露煮活蜆$118切過後的香茅味濃疊在層層飽滿的沙白蜆上,清湯融合兩者味道鮮甜香口,忍不住會飲多幾啖,才夠滿足,沙白蜆比一般沙蜆大隻,肉質飽滿鮮甜。越式燒豬腩肉撈檬$98煎香過的豬腩肉,脂油香可口惹味,有心思的將蘿蔔製成花形,令賣相更吸引,甜甜鹹鹹的湯底,撈在檬粉上,簡單的美味,異國的風情。平常吃西餐較多,這晚的越北風情,每道菜都很用心,令人印象難忘。
