Late night dessert time!The chocolate fondant is nice (I know it is difficult to make a bad chocolate fondant). The cake is be frank a little bit dry out and with a hardened shell. Other than that it is good. The mango shredded ice is very good. The ice itself is milk base, itself is with an enriched milk flavour. The mango syrup enhance the flavour a lot. With the companion of fresh mango it is more than perfect in a hot summer night.I don’t know, but, or it is only me? The curry sauce is NASTY

I don’t know, but, or it is only me? The curry sauce is NASTY. 😂 Not a joke. It ruins everything inside the dish.
