To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同女朋友約食晚飯,最想去一D環境舒適的地方,靜靜地食野傾計係化解一天工作後帶來的壓力同疲憊最佳的方法雖然位於香港最繁忙的地段金鐘,但AMMO最吸引的就係周遭的環境當初特意選擇要近窗的SOFA TABLE, 就係因為窗外就係樹林, 令人立時忘卻忙碌的生活, 全心享受晚餐而去到現場亦開心自己無揀錯忘記左影相叫左PARMA HAM 同WAGYU TAPASPARMA HAM 份量多肉質好好,但小左其他的配菜令到味道單一偏鹹,如果加上小小哈密瓜會更好和牛亦都唔錯,有入口即溶的感覺,配上小多士令口感更加豐富ammo 出名係handmade pasta試左urchin angel hair, 唔記影相, 但係無論係調味定係意粉本身都相當高水平,帶得出鮮味女朋友叫左summer special的cocktail....普通,不值一提一個愉快晚上,女朋友亦感滿意以咁的環境同價錢AMMO 的性價比係相當不俗

PARMA HAM 份量多肉質好好,但小左其他的配菜令到味道單一偏鹹,如果加上小小哈密瓜會更好
