見到北角呢邊新開咗一間鐵板燒店,三分熟.菊志,有個室、有吧枱、有table,裝潢簡約舒服有品味。鐵板晚市一人前$598起,今日就叫$798呢個set,有沙律、茶碗蒸、刺身、3款鐵板海鮮、鵝肝、和牛/日本豚薄燒等。刺身係高知炙烤鰹魚,用上黑蒜油,豆乳puree以及basil,配搭豐富而又不失鰹魚風味。鐵板燒帆立貝用上枝豆,以及貝柱煮成海鮮汁,帶子半生熟外脆內軟。😳鐵板虎蝦則以牛油以及蝦汁調味,以突顯成隻蝦嘅味道。☺️鐵板鵝肝應該係小弟最愛嘅一道,利用焦糖蘋果中和鵝肝嘅油脂感,非常滿足🤤之後係清酒煮蜆,主要食返原味,只用些少辣椒增添刺激,蜆肉僅熟大粒冇沙主食可以揀和牛或者日本豚,2款都係薄燒,包住大量蔥蒜,個人比較推薦和牛,油花分布幾靚,燒到5成熟啱啱好🙂‍↕️最後就有野菜、炒飯、甜品等,捧住個肚走🙈 整體嚟講,呢度嘅調味配搭似食fine dining,有別於一般日本料理
