今日經開旺角搵緊地方食下午茶,見到紅橋餐廳係旺角開左,職員話原來係太子果間既新店,但呢度大間好多,上次係太子食過味道又唔錯,梗係要入黎再試下!入到黎可能坐係個風口位,冷氣有點凍,要調個好少少既位置。最後點左個蝦多士配薯角同埋羊架!蝦多士上面配上黑芝麻同白芝麻,中間一層蝦膠再加多士,一咬落去好鬆脆,層次感唔錯,食落去唔會好覺得好油膩,味道唔錯但最驚喜都係個羊架!本身食羊架好怕‘蘇’味,但呢度整出黎完全無‘蘇’味,仲覺得幾惹味添,配埋薄荷醬簡直係啱啱好!仲好細心咁用錫紙包住舊骨方便進食!舖頭夠大坐位夠多環境都可以(係冷氣大左少少)又多左一個下午茶黎既好地方!
