To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 第一次係ISQUARE食上海婆婆,平時覺得好貴所以兩條友都好少會試。但今日心血來潮想食上海菜,終於試下佢。打開餐牌,發覺價錢都OK合理。所以又眼闊肚窄叫左好多野食,明明就得兩條友食。 油炆筍-我好耐都無食過咁好食的油炆筍NA~唔會有平時出面食到筍的「壓」味,而且炆到將D醬汁入晒味,仲KEEP到筍的爽脆口感。勁正~~黃金四季豆-乾扁四季豆就食得多但用咸蛋炒就比較少食到。口感都香口而且每條四季豆都裹覆著咸蛋黃,味道很濃郁,好味但食久了會有點膩口。小籠包- 正常水準但表皮較薄,很容易穿。醉乳鴿-一般到上海餐廳都會點醉雞,但見佢有醉乳鴿咁特別就叫黎試下。酒味跟調味很平衡,味道很濃郁好吃,鴿肉味很濃但肉質就沒有醉雞滑溜。上海粗炒-味道蠻不錯。香煎黃魚-這個黃魚應該是用炸的,口感很酥脆,但魚肉肉質還是保持很細嫩,相當不錯。推薦!
