To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在銅鑼灣與朋友聚餐,便找了一家環境較舒適的中菜十里洋場,比較適合聊天(但其實餐廳也挺吵)。餐廳附送的前菜有三種,包括了手撕雞,醃青瓜,豆腐。梅菜扣肉這菜式令人挺驚喜的,因為梅菜扣肉以一個小型塔的形狀上菜,在一片片的扣肉裏面其實包滿了梅菜,他還附送一籠四塊的夾包,讓整件事也非常完美。煙燻蛋非常喜歡這道菜,糖心蛋的口感讓人滿意,配以淡淡的煙燻入味。小籠包鮮嫩多汁,熱呼呼的讓人感到很滿足。牛油津白配雲腿符合一貫水平,有一種解油膩的清新感覺。
