今次叫了上海粗炒和排骨拉麵,小食選了雞絲粉皮及炸雲吞,飲品選了冷、熱豆漿。食物送到時熱騰騰,粗炒的麵質有咬口,很入味。排骨拉麵麵質也很好,排骨炸得很脆,又夠厚肉,兩個主食的份量很都足夠。小食方面,雞絲粉皮的醬料很足夠,炸雲吞的餡料好味, 外皮也炸得很脆,點甜酸汁後味道很夾。豆漿的味道也很好。吃得飽飽,很滿足。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
