今日黎到灣仔既Boire et Manger,朝早食係食法國菜既,夜晚轉左menu食日式串燒,咁特別一定要黎試下!✨鯛魚濃湯本身以為會係濃厚質地既湯,但上到黎望落去清清地咁,質地比較清爽輕身。但入口鮮魚味瞬間噴發,味道好夠鮮甜,一啲都唔會腥!✨京蔥炒牛舌片京蔥炒到熟透哂,食落唔辣仲好甜!牛舌片份量都多,嚼開之後,肉汁爆發出嚟,肉質好軟嫩,唔會過分咬唔開,食落幾滑!✨燒白鱔白鱔燒到啱啱好,啲鱔皮香脆有嚼勁,而啲鱔身就好入味、好鮮甜,同時有啲微焦嘅味道。撳啲檸檬汁落去,酸酸地既味道感覺清新就更加正!✨蒲燒三文魚腩啱啱一上嚟,見到啲三文魚腩燒得啱啱好,金黃色嘅焦糖色澤,簡直就令人垂涎三尺。啲三文魚腩呢啲部位嚟講比較肥美,啲肉質好滑嫩,而啲魚油醇香呢,自然帶出啲魚肉嘅香氣。加埋啲醬汁,味道更加濃郁,好入味呀!✨燒雞肝雞肝經過炭烤之後,呈現深啡色嘅外表,好似焦糖咁香。而且烤得啱啱好,外層焦脆,入面嘅肝味醇厚,口感嫩滑好咬,而且唔會太血腥。最特別嘅係啲肝味裏面有啲淡淡嘅焦糖味,令味道更加層次分明。
