今日朋友生日聚会去了这家#mott32 菜是以粵菜為主,同時融合北京菜和川菜風味。曾經入圍過2019和2020年的亞洲top 100餐廳。最喜歡椒鹽鮑魚,大大只的鮑魚加上普通大排檔的椒鹽煮法,口感上乘又接地氣,不過鮑魚如果切一下花刀可能會比較好咬一點。其次是西班牙黑毛豬叉燒,肥瘦相間,口感鬆軟。只是腐乳的味道稍微重了一點。龍蝦燴飯和黑醋咕嚕肉也都不錯,咕嚕肉的肥肉有點多,影響口感。北京片皮鴨太搶手沒有預定到有點遺憾,希望有機會再嘗試。餐廳裝潢和服務都很好,亞洲TOP100餐廳的美譽應該有它們一半功勞吧。
