To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實已經去過太興燒味食很多次!但寫食評還是頭一次。下午三點下午茶!要左個炒貴刁同炒銀針粉同女朋友撐抬腳..點餐後超級快就到。炒貴刁做法其實超簡單! 只要炒河粉時加少少咖喱粉就變成貴刁! 配料得三隻蝦仁及蛋碎!當然少不了洋蔥絲係幾有鑊氣嘅!可惜無叉燒又無火腿啦!海鮮炒銀針粉...賣相都可以但炒得不夠香。醬油調味得好蝦仁中size 記得銀針粉細路仔去茶樓成日食!雖然銀針粉點心於茶樓消聲匿跡猶幸在一些新式的餐廳還存在咬下有煙煙靱靱感覺我好鍾意呢D口感今天都當是過下口癮。我喜歡這裡環境舒適...燈光設計風格時尚!下午茶時間沒有多客坐得舒服!
