同朋友一齊放假, 去咗TST Hea 下.   一早已經book 定呢間食法國菜. 因為朋友鐘意享受,我地坐咗喺戶外位置,吹住自然風同聽到d雀仔聲,感覺真係好舒壓,個環境真係無得彈。我地一個食咗3-courses, 一個食咗4-courses set lunch.餐包 - 除咗圓形餐包嗰個餐包可以唔洗試之外 (因為好普通, 寧願留位食其他野), 另外2款都可以一試. Appetiser:1, 自家製醃製三文魚配三文魚籽及蘋果 - 三文魚係酸酸咪咪嘅,呢個好開胃2, 鮮蟹肉配蝦沙律伴焦糖苦白菜 - 本來見到個名係苦白菜係有d抗拒,但未試過就試咗先算。好在有試,係, 係有dd苦 (超級微苦/甘味),而且應該係有醃過嘅,唔係我想像咁。蟹肉有鮮味,蝦就應該係雪藏吧,無味同普通。Soup & Salad:1, 班尼迪克蛋配羅馬生菜及意大利白醋 2, 烤薄切西冷配秘製燒烤醬  - 成個dish 係因為個燒烤醬好味, 另到蓋起下面嘅菜同薄切西冷好好食Main Course:1, 摩洛哥風味烤雞配蝦及味噌竹筍 - 朋友好鐘意呢個, 覺得個味道好特別好夾.  我覺得係好食嘅, d 雞皮都煎到好香脆,

Main Course:
1, 摩洛哥風味烤雞配蝦及味噌竹筍 - 朋友好鐘意呢個, 覺得個味道好特別好夾.  我覺得係好食嘅, d 雞皮都煎到好香脆, 但嫌佢d 蝦膠食落唔夠彈牙.
2, 海鮮濃湯配意粉  - 意粉軟硬度啱啱好, 個汁味道亦濃厚.

Dessert:
芒果拿破崙配開心果雪糕  - 芒果拿破崙好酥脆, 但開心果雪糕無乜開心果味, 奶/cream 味比較重.
