To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約咗兩個同事去銅鑼灣食晏,就預訂咗喺時代廣場12樓嘅鍾廚。呢度地方其實好大,但人已經坐到滿哂,如果冇訂位的話就要喺出面等。三個人我地點左一個好出名嘅冰鎮咕嚕骨(如相片),加個個湯烏冬,再加個例牌燒鵝,另外多碟菜。個冰鎮咕嚕骨個口感好似麥樂雞咁,不過幾得意,味道都好唔錯,可以試一試,而個例牌燒鵝雖然唔係好趣,但係味道好入味,而且份量好比一般例牌其多好多,係幾抵食嘅。最後我哋三個人埋單都係$490 , $500都唔使,以呢度嘅環境同埋食物嘅質素算係幾抵,我印象呢間野午飯好似係免加一茶介,所以佢係性價比係幾高。
