To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟老朋友聚會,找到這間彈藥庫(Ammo)特色餐廳,裝修非常華麗,我們被安排坐在舒服啲卡位上,只可惜,餐廳在9時40分已經要我們走了,還有很多話題未有開始呢。😅食物方面,這裡的tasting menu可以說是很抵食,728元有5-6道菜,還要包咖啡,每道菜都有點特別。比較特別的是那道炸扇貝,炸得非常香口,還有薄脆加在一起,很有趣的風味,是從來沒有這樣食過的。另外,那道乳鴿肉鵝肝燉飯,味道比較鹹,但整體可以飽肚。最可惜的是,我們加了200多元的Ribeye steak,並不是一塊厚上,而是薄薄的一片,可說是非常失望,因為食這個牛扒,我還特登加點了紅酒呢。🥲整體服務,可算不錯。餐廳得兩三台客, 但是有三四個服務員,雖然服務質素比較casual,但是差不多有求必應,餐廳經理也10分細心,可說是挽回不少分數。如果將來他們餐廳可以在10點30分關門,我們可能會再來呢。😊
