友人點了個「自家製漢堡扒黑松露菌滑蛋意粉」餐($88),跟湯、蒜蓉多士及飲品。敗筆是漢堡扒,一來到是滲血水的。其實我們平時吃扒都偏向medium或medium rare,但漢堡扒滲血又不是那回事吧🤔staff態度很好,幫我們拿回去弄熟一點,結果......你明白的。滑蛋很嫩,亦輕嚐到黑松露香味。朕就點了個「A級牛柳伴大頭蝦」($138),好像是最貴的套餐了。牛柳是medium,剛好,肉質偏紅,合我胃口😌蝦也可以,肉同殼一拆已分開。唯獨是酥皮湯,等了15-20分鐘,都不是問題,預了即焗當然要等,但不太令人回味,非常普通,焗得不夠金香,有進步空間。
