To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近期試過不同類型的素食餐廳,這間印度素食餐廳是當中我最滿意的一間。首先是地點方便,在尖沙咀站一上去就便是永安廣場了,環境給我的第一個感覺是簡單舒服,因為他們是白色同啡色嘅設計為主。另外,服務員方面他們態度十分好,因為這是我第一次食印度素食,所以在我進行揀選菜式的時候由前菜到飲品也十分細心地進行推介。另外食物味道方面,因為我比較喜歡吃味道比較濃味的食物,所以他們的菜式也很適合我,當中我最喜歡的是那個south Indian Thail. 這個菜式有八個調味醬,配以白飯和印度薄餅,分別有不同囗感,味道由淡味到濃味,每一種味道也很特別。另外,最令我驚喜的是那個飲品fruit punch ,通常fruit punch 是西柚汁和橙汁製成,但是這印度餐廳的fruit punch 是由新鮮的西瓜汁,芒果汁和奇異果汁製成,新鮮又健康。
