是咁的,今日約咗老師去大圍學踩單車,學到好攰就近近地去咗附近嘅餐廳醫下肚仔先。紅薯粉煮得太耐好腍,一咬即斷無曬啲煙韌口感。湯底酸味同辣味都唔夠。清湯蘿蔔,浸到最尾味道依然仲係清湯蘿蔔~豬耳軟腍腍又無味,都唔知咬緊乜咁。總括嚟講成碗好似啲車仔麵咁,但啲餸同薯粉都十分難食。成餐唯一比較好食嘅嘢,餃子皮唔粉厚度啱啱好,餡肉肉少菜多,但豬肉嫩口韭菜味濃算唔錯。係白雪雪嘅魚肉啊點解可以白到完全吸唔到啲湯嘅色鯇魚腩好有魚味,但淨係得魚味完全無酸菜味,淡茂茂同白灼無分別。酸菜又唔夠酸,成碟同期望落差太多。豆味都幾濃,應該無乜點溝水。單車又未學識,食嘢又中伏,失敗日

點解可以白到完全吸唔到啲湯嘅色
鯇魚腩好有魚味,但淨係得魚味完全無酸菜味,淡茂茂同白灼無分別。
酸菜又唔夠酸,成碟同期望落差太多。
