To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 現場樓面態度極差，過程好艱辛，要發火才有人回應你一兩下2018/07/02 大約9:50AM 去到酒樓坐低左，叫佢開茶，我等左15-20分鐘，都冇人黎, 我特登行出去搵人開茶，佢粗聲粗氣應你一聲等下啦,，之後又10-15分鐘吾理你，我再出去發晒火先拎茶比我，我叫佢拎點心紙，又等10-15分鍾，仲爙你面，bear番你，最後樓面仲失左縱，走左去吾番，我已經等左N個15分鐘，仲等? 最後梗系走啦
