To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為突然好懷念"點心車",而上網找尋后發覺美心酒樓尚有"點心車". 所以一心便走來試一試. 雖然,心底裡知道價錢亦非便宜 (比一般同區酒家) . 不過,都好想滿足自己小小慾望. 11點半到, 細枱要等12張, 可能地方大而且時間尚算早. 所以等了大約15分鐘便有枱了. 始終一分錢一分貨. 雖然價錢貴, 不過食物水準真的是高質數. 以下有四款點心,確實不錯. 正.干蒸牛肉燒賣 - 沒有發水的感覺. (因為有些酒家常常加很多水及發粉, 讓出來效果可以大粒一點. 不過味道相對就沒有肉味了.排骨龍爪飯 - 排骨 干蒸牛肉燒賣情況一樣. good. 而且飯質剛好,沒有生米,軟硬適中蒸魚頭 - 足料, 夠晒味 如果不喜歡.味, 可能會不喜歡蝦腸粉 : ok. 正常
