炸雞脾終於爐

雞皮炸到脆卜卜,有手掌咁大肉多又厚,雞肉亦都保持嫩滑juicy, 但又唔會太油膩。最初扮斯文切開雞脾肉,後尾都係用手拎大口咬最原汁原味。白飯分量多,最尾食唔哂d飯,細食如我的話下次記得叫小飯,唔好做大嘥鬼🤪。
