To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲過古早味奶茶、黑糖薑母茶同黑糖珍珠奶,奶茶同薑母茶都有加珍珠,珍珠有咬口又唔會過硬同埋都幾香,我覺得甜度適中,所以唔會好漏。 奶茶同鮮奶都中上,有奶味都香濃,不過要注意,如果揀古早味奶茶就唔係鮮奶,想飲鮮奶就要揀黑糖珍珠奶。另外,如果有加珍珠就可以揀半糖,甜味會啱啱好,但薑母茶就唔建議揀少糖,因為都幾辣下,冬天飲好暖身但都係辣左少少。推薦的都係加珍珠啦,因為飲野的味道都大同小異,反而珍珠就幾口味。
