一碟有四款牛肉部位,按照脂肪比例擺盤,分別有封門柳、牛頸脊、牛匙柄同牛小排✨ 最鍾意封門柳,雖然油脂感最少,但牛味最濃郁又唔會韌
即炸魚皮啱啱炸起熱辣辣,咬落去好脆,但完全會有油膩感!

牛胸爽好多人以為呢個白色一片片嘅係脂肪,其實係胸骨前軟組織,咬落相當爽口,富有陣陣牛油香,但又唔會油膩✨五花趾係大腿內側嘅部位,口感爽脆,肉質充滿彈性,坊間都比較少見,值得一試!花雕雞翼一上枱已經聞到花雕香味,雞肉滑嫩,酒味香醇~ 
陳皮魚蛋好少打邊爐舖頭會見到有得叫陳皮魚蛋!口感煙韌彈牙,味道就正常發揮招牌豬骨蜆湯
