一人燒肉近年越黎越流行,剛剛去完日本仲好懷念,係旺角見到呢間「燒肉JuJu」,就一於緬懷下日本之旅。套餐有平有貴,豐儉由人,包飯、湯及泡菜/沙律,亦可以額外加點唔同嘅肉,想食乜就點乜。餐廳抽風做得唔錯,食完唔會成身燒烤味,檯面有各式各樣嘅醬料,配燒肉食一流。黑松露蒜蓉牛舌 : 本人好鍾意食牛舌,見到有牛舌餐就梗係要食啦。牛舌有四款醬可以選擇,我揀咗黑松露蒜蓉味,300g嘅牛舌份量相當多,薄薄嘅牛舌輕微燒過後已經可以食,入口爽口彈牙,散發出陣陣牛味,配埋香味十足嘅黑松露蒜蓉醬,味道濃中帶清新;套餐加8蚊可以轉紫菜飯,紫菜吸收肉汁後更加好味。A4和牛 + 封門柳 + 雞肉:一碟牛舌又點夠喉?再加咗A4和牛及封門柳各100g,A4和牛油脂分佈均勻,放入爐燒時已經聞到濃烈嘅肉香味,入口好濃牛味,非常鬆軟,絕對物有所值。封門柳略為厚切,雖然牛味唔及和牛,但厚切肉汁更多,$38黎講都幾抵食。除咗牛之外,仲點咗份雞肉試下,經醃過嘅雞肉好惹味,肉質鮮嫩,都算唔錯。
