To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 獨個兒四圍逛, 去左朋友之前勁推的 coffee shop, 到了目的地才知道店子很小, 只能容納 2-4 枱客人. 不打緊, 有個舒服的位置醫肚就 OK~最經濟實惠, 莫過於點 Daily Special Set, 看到 Menu 有我喜愛嘅 Mozzarella, 二話不說就點了. 飲品呢... 要靠店員作介紹, 店小姐都很用心好有禮貌, 最後點了 Piccolo Latte, 澳洲品種咖啡, 而 size 則比一般咖啡小. 離遠見店小姐沖咖啡拉花的技巧都很熟練, 三倆下手勢就拉出漂亮嘅花紋, 送到我面前時仲熱辣辣出緊煙, 雖然 size 好"的色", 望落依然吸引. 我嘗試唔落糖, 試真 D 咖啡嘅真味, 確實唔酸唔"劫", 仲好香.飲飲吓, Mozzarella Cheese n Pesto Toast 送上, 多士上有 Mozzarella 同香草一齊焗, 當然好食, 多士底部是脆的, 包身和面層是軟的, 芝士是暖的, 伴碟的田園沙律是爽口的, 還有我至愛的火箭菜 Yummy 食完唔夠飽, 馬上點多個肉桂蜂蜜多士, 等候之際, 唔好錯過同可愛熊 Bear Bear 影

肉桂蜂蜜多士 來了, 比起之前嘅Mozzarella Cheese n Pesto Toast硬身, 是法包的關係, 整塊都烤得脆, 味道同樣不錯, 說到底吸引我的是法包中間的淡忌廉, 無糖更加可以吃出忌廉的香味, 跟薄荷葉一起吃當然是另一番味道, 所以別棄掉那片新鮮的 Mint 喔! 至於有些朋友話 Mint 似牙膏, 其實感覺呢家野很個人的...

最後要讚下店小姐, 見我只添食冇添飲, 就好細心咁問我要唔要清水
