To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 車仔麵比我感覺一向都獨當一面,擁有住文化氣息並留存至今, 記得人生第一次食既時侯 係好細個, 果陣既車仔麵係用緊手推車黎賣,到而家過左20幾年, 估唔到竟然有餐廳將佢重新包裝起上黎! 食既係以前既味道.回憶.懷舊!但外面係好華麗,時尚既裝修,真係別有一番風味 -大碗麵 - $67呢個真係絕對經典,集百家之大成,將10樣香港本土風味既配料擺埋1齊,排名不分先後(豬腸,魚蛋{陳皮果隻},蘿蔔,豬紅,豬皮,雞翼{滷水},雞翼尖{滷水},魷魚,紅腸,青菜),果然D回憶返哂黎!真係好好食!整體配料都係合格水準,粗麵質地達到水準!價錢唔貴 都係$67一大碗!食得過!-咖央多士 - $16大食既我點少得嗌多個多士試下呢, 可以簡牛油/煉油/咖央,我簡左咖央既,味道都唔錯,餡料都幾多下!合格!-紅豆冰 - $25一試懷舊野,見到有紅豆冰,點可能唔試下呢! 紅豆好多! 不過如果再煮淋D會更好!但椰汁好好味! 完全無失望!我跟餐所以係$15姐,原價就$25既!
