路過呢間貴麻橋咖喱屋時被菜牌吸引,好奇“咖喱”与“生咖喱”的區別,於是找一天同朋友來試味!
一落座先同老闆瞭解兩种咖喱的區別,原來咖喱是馬來式咖喱,椰汁味較濃。生咖喱雖雖然也是馬來式咖喱的底,但味道更接近印度咖喱,少椰汁味。馬來咖喱唔系我同朋友個菜,於是點了“生咖喱牛利”加薄餅。雖然點了小辣,但辣度完全超過預期,很適合鍾意食辣的朋友。辣中帶小小甜,以為系椰汁,但老闆話因為加了生果一起煮,所以有生果甜味。幾特別!
