To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 華商銀行公會是提供其下銀行會員聯絡及敘餐用,為會員供名茶美點,午晚餐敘等。店位置距離地鐵站一段斜坡,門口不算顯眼。餐廳環境像高級酒家,燈光光猛清楚,環境白而雅緻,坐位闊落而舒服。餐牌款式多樣,牛豬雞鴨海鮮蔬菜應有盡有,嗜魚的我當然無魚不歡,選擇以不同烹調手法炮製魚。外間多是清蒸魚,為求突出魚的味道,但其實有很多烹煮方法,既突出魚香,又新穎獨特多變。南乳脆鱔球炸皮薄而脆,南乳香口味濃,鱔球肉質柔嫩細緻,晶瑩剔透,味道鮮甜帶鱔香。咕嚕鮮龍躉斑球 hkd 388例味道有點像咕嚕肉,酸甜汁以茄汁、山楂及檸檬汁等而成,加上甜椒等配料,甜酸開胃。龍躉斑球無骨而肉質緊緻,魚味濃郁。古法炆龍躉斑翅腩 hkd 638斑翅腩每件大顆厚肉,肉質較結實彈牙,醬汁香濃而沒蓋過魚的鮮甜。重點推薦魚皮,質感厚而彈牙,富膠質而柔軟有韌性,入口香滑,美顏又美味。可惜只顧吃,連照片也忘記拍,不能以照分享。整體而言,餐廳環境舒服空間感大,食物食材新鮮高質,食物種類繁多,服務態度和藹友善,除了細心講解每道菜外,還會跟客人分享廚師心德。
