To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間酒樓既點心一向都好有心思,而且味道都不俗,好適合一家大細來聯繫感情。♨️原隻鮑魚燒賣呢款燒賣係呢間酒樓既特色點心之一,佢粒鮑魚細細粒咁係啲燒賣上面,份外吸睛。啲燒賣粒粒都好足料,又新鮮,高貴得來又帶點平凡。♨️布拉滑腸粉個賣相就普通,食落是充滿米香的。🥣生菜魚片粥粥底很綿,味道不過不失。♨️生煎包包都很鬆軟,煎得很好,肉配合包既味道,真的不錯。♨️旋風流沙包呢個包都係呢間酒樓特色點心之一,佢外表係一個旋風咁既樣,入面係爆漿流沙包,包體很鬆軟。♨️馬拉糕鬆軟得來帶有黑糖的味道,真的不錯。♨️紅棗糕堅韌的,香香的紅棗味。🧁綠茶芝士蛋糕呢個蛋糕只有淡淡既芝士味,綠茶味近乎沒有,消化餅不夠實淨。
