坐低無耐睇中咗個「日本牛乳玫瑰鍋」呢個湯底,一上枱勁打卡📸,成個湯底係乳白色,面頭用咗牛乳玫瑰花冰,浸喺牛乳汁入面,睇見都覺得治癒。滾起之後飲咗啖湯,奶香溫柔,帶微微甜。
跟住主角登場:「海陸雙饌」海鮮拼盤有蝦、鮑魚、蜆、魚,樣樣睇得出好新鮮,特別係啲蝦,淥熟之後爽口彈牙,魚肉好厚身,肉質嫩滑。
另一邊嘅「特選黃牛呼拉圈」就玩內臟,牛脷薄切快熟軟淋、牛柏葉爽脆、牛小腿同牛心椗彈牙有嚼頭、牛白肉油脂甘香,每款淥十零秒就食得,牛味濃得嚟唔羶。我鍾意將牛脷點少少豉油,再加蔥花同炸蒜,入口牛味濃郁好香口。
