一直都偏好日本料理,所以今日順路去左銅鑼灣試一試新野。餐廳佔地一層,推門入去就見到裡面,居酒屋既裝修。兩個人坐四人枱,夠闊落。首先侍應幫我地落左兩杯飲品,梅子果酒同水蜜桃梳打。梅酒伴上大大粒青梅。水蜜桃梳打夠大杯。有多款既前菜。我地揀左沙律代替前菜,冷番茄~上面加左胡麻醬,番茄事先雪凍左,夠消暑。刺生拼盆:真鯛、八爪魚吸盤、魷魚、活海膽。面盆咁大,砌得靚一靚,夠晒吸睛。真鯛幾鮮,重點夠嫩;八爪魚食得多,第一次淨食吸盤,口感好脆,配上特製柚子汁,真係一粒接一粒;魷魚片都夠鮮;最後係最愛既海膽,底層有拖羅蓉,鋪上新鮮海膽再加魚子,鮮美、多層次。海膽特寫,魚子滿出黎。刺生仲有以下等等。汁煮魚翅,第一次食未曬乾既魚翅,魚翅會較粗身、質感似雞軟骨,配上日式醬汁,魚肉夠入味。和牛炒飯,飯配上和牛一齊炒,牛油令飯啖啖肉香,加上蒜片,夠乾身夠香口。最後送上豆腐雪糕,滿足既一餐。
