To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去石澳前都必經筲箕灣食魚蛋粉,今次也不例外。可惜今次魚蛋粉的人龍太長,最終決定轉埸,走到東大街新開的cafe歇一會。一開始被別緻的裝修吸引住,裝修簡約自然,十分舒適。食物方面,雖然款式不算多,但各項食物都頗為特別,服務員還會主動介紹食品。從服務員口中得悉,牛油果配味噌芝麻醬多士最為特別,所以便order了,味道清新,不錯!另外還order了一杯mochaccino及happy cow士多啤梨味的雪糕,mochaccino夠香濃,雪糕香滑美味。可是友人說他order的cuppuccino熱度不足,稍微熱點會更好。
